I-864 Affidavit of Support
- To show that the signer will sponsor an intending immigrant in order that the immigrant does not become a public charge
- Required by ALL petitioners regardless of employment status. Copies of the original form required for each traveling derivative applicant.
I-134 Affidavit of Support for K1 and K3 visas
- Shows that the signer will sponsor an intending immigrant in order that the immigrant does not become a public charge
- Copies of the original I-134 form are required for each traveling derivative applicant
F-1 Eligibility for Marriage Form
- Confirms marriage intentions of principal applicant of F1 cases
- Form to be completed by principal applicant prior to appointment date
