DETAILS SURROUNDING THE CRIME
The FBI is seeking the public's help in locating the suspect(s) who are being sought on suspicion of murder in Georgetown, Guyana. Hubert Daniel Thompson, an American citizen of Staunton, Virginia, was murdered in his hotel room on December 9, 2005. The victim's death resulted from the loss of blood, due to multiple strikes to the back of his head with a hard blunt object. Mr. Thompson was in Guyana working in the capacity of a United States AID advisor. He was 55 years old.
REWARD
The FBI is offering a reward up to $10,000 in United States dollars (2 million Guyana dollars,) for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the murder of Hubert Daniel Thompson in Georgetown, Guyana.
